Area requirements: Districts preferred, definite no go areas, N,S,E,W, preferences, estate position, non-estate, in town, outskirts, country situation, sea views.
Style of Property: Modern, traditional, Victorian, cottage, detached, terraced, semi, flat, bungalow, executive etc.
Facilities: Shops, sport, parks, station, bus routes.
